The Network Development Learning Collaborative (Network Dev LC) is a flexible, cohort-based virtual program designed to help answer these questions with confidence.

Through a structured process of assessment, reflection, coaching, and peer learning, you’ll gain a clear understanding of your network’s current state, identify the areas that matter most, develop a practical roadmap for strengthening your network over time—and begin taking action to do so.

How the Program Works

The Network Dev LC is delivered in two complementary phases.

Phase 1: Self-Assessment (October–November 2026)

You’ll use Collective Mind’s Network Diagnostic Framework—a proprietary methodology refined through work with diverse global networks since 2020—to assess your network across eight essential dimensions:

  • Shared purpose

  • Membership and member engagement

  • Leadership and governance

  • Culture and conflict resolution

  • Infrastructure, communications, and administration

  • Resources and resource mobilization

  • Measurement, evaluation, and learning (MEL)

  • Facilitation and coordination

Each week, you’ll complete guided self-assessment activities focused on one topic, identifying your network’s strengths, challenges, and priority actions. You’ll then participate in a facilitated 60-minute virtual cohort session to discuss insights, learn from peers, and refine your thinking.

Phase 2: Coaching & Mentoring (Mid-January–March 2027)

Assessment creates clarity; implementation creates impact.

During this phase, you’ll meet every other week in facilitated coaching sessions where you’ll share progress, work through challenges, receive expert guidance, and learn from fellow participants as you put your action plan into practice.

The emphasis is on sustained improvement—not just identifying opportunities, but making meaningful progress toward them.
