Design or Redesign Your Network
Collective Mind helps new networks and networks in transition to develop and (re)design their structures, systems, and operating models. We help networks to design or revise their membership models to ensure that they’re engaging the right members in the right ways. We also support the development of network infrastructure to assure appropriate and effective structures and processes to govern and manage the network as well as engage members in producing outputs and outcomes towards its shared purpose.
Network design or redesign projects are tailored to the network and its needs and goals. The specific approach and process for network design or redesign is determined in collaboration with the network.
We may integrate part or all of a Network Diagnostic into our approach. A Network Diagnostic analyzes a network based on the three main components of any network – network capacities, network functions, and organizational functions — as the basis for measuring, understanding, and approaching networks as a unique type of operating model.
