Who is the Network Accelerator for?

Our Network Accelerator is tailored to network managers and others who are supporting networks. It’s for anybody who wants to improve how they work with their network(s) by reflecting on their practice, integrating new ideas and insights, learning from the experiences of peers and experts, and honing their skills. It’s for people who crave support to do better and feel better about their work.


What tiers are available to me?

You can subscribe at any of our three tiers: Individual, Individual Plus+, and Team.

All tiers include the core benefits of the Individual tier. The Individual Plus+ and Team options include access to a dedicated advisor and additional benefits. You can find more details here about each tier.

What are my pricing options?

You can choose between monthly, quarterly, or biannual recurring payments. The longer you subscribe for, the more you save. You can find detailed pricing here. 


Payments by invoice: Our system is set up for automatic payments via credit card. If you would like to pay by invoice instead, please reach out to us at subscription@collectivemindglobal.org.

A note about pricing: Pricing is hard - especially when you want to serve a global community. Our prices are set for the North American and European contexts. If you feel like these prices don’t work for your context, please reach out to us at subscription@collectivemindglobal.org. We want to make our subscription accessible to everybody.

What’s the cancellation policy? 

There is no commitment – you can cancel anytime. Just go into your account settings using the “Member Menu” button when logged into the Subscriber Portal to cancel.

If you’d like to pause your subscription instead of cancel, get in touch with us at subscription@collectivemindglobal.org. 

How can I change my subscription? 

You can change your subscription at any time between a) different tiers and b) different pricing options. Check out your options and contact our team at subscription@collectivemindglobal.org to make the change.


How can I get help with my subscription? 

Contact our team at subscription@collectivemindglobal.org with any questions or issues you have. We’ll get back to you within 1 business day.  

How can I get additional support from Collective Mind beyond my subscription? 

All subscribers receive discounts on other services from Collective Mind including 25% off of professional development opportunities and 10% off advising/consulting.
