We constantly hear from networks around the world that engaging their members effectively is one of their top challenges. In response, Collective Mind and our partners at Conscious Consultants have developed an online course for network leaders and practitioners to develop strong member engagement strategies using participatory methodologies.

Through four interactive modules, you will learn how to identify barriers to engagement and use mixed methods for increased participation. At the end of the course, you will have a concrete framework and draft member engagement plan to implement with your network.

What:

An interactive online course to equip networks with improved member engagement approaches.

Why:

After completing the course, participants will be able to:

  • Critically reflect on the current state of member engagement and participation in their network.

  • Identify common barriers to member engagement and participation in networks and gain insights on how to avoid, navigate, or constructively confront them.

  • Apply lessons learned and experiences from other networks on member engagement and participation to their own networks.

  • Identify specific solutions for enhancing member engagement and participation in their own network, tackling the barriers which are specific to their network.

  • Use tools and frameworks to develop member engagement and participation strategies for their network.

You will finish the course having developed a draft member engagement strategy that you can take forward with your network.

This course is for network managers and leaders who want to improve their practice and approaches to member engagement within their networks.
