We will design and deliver a 2-hour facilitated trainings every 3 months based on the topics we hear from you and other subscribers are most important.

We’ll review how network managers can support effective decision-making within their networks. We’ll analyze and apply ideas about decision ownership, decision-making methods, and decision-making styles.

Recordings and materials will be shared in the Resource Library after the sessions.
